Best fit

Use the review where consistency or uncertainty makes the difference

  • An MSP portfolio where the same evidence and change-control standard must be applied consistently across several tenants.
  • A critical single tenant where ownership is unknown, evidence conflicts, or the decision needs a written change-control record.
The workflow

One written pass, with the unknowns left visible

The local-first review uses only supplied evidence. It does not connect to or test a live tenant.

01

Scope

Confirm the tenant count, available evidence, retention window and responsible change owner in writing.

02

Supply the agreed evidence

Provide the agreed EWS usage observation and read-only EwsEnabled/EwsAllowedAppIDs snapshot through the written transfer process.

03

Receive the decision record

Receive tenant-separated findings, unresolved evidence and review-only decisions with a dated manifest.

What you receive

A comparison you can take into change control

  • Observed EWS usage compared with the supplied current App ID allow-list snapshot.
  • Per-application keep / migrate / remove / investigate decisions for human review.
  • Unknown-owner and missing-evidence rows, with the reason each conclusion cannot be made.
  • A tenant-separated record plus a portfolio summary for the multi-tenant scope.
  • A review-only full-set proposal; no executable Exchange change.
Pricing

Fixed before evidence is accepted

The written scope fixes the delivery date and retention window after the complete evidence set passes intake. Unsupported or ambiguous input is re-scoped or declined before processing.

Up to five tenants
EUR 1,450

The same bounded review across a portfolio of up to five tenants, with one portfolio summary and tenant-separated records.

One tenant
EUR 450

One supplied usage export and one read-only configuration snapshot, reconciled into a dated tenant decision record.

Three founding engagements

The first three qualified one-tenant founding engagements are EUR 350 net and include a request for short asynchronous written feedback after delivery.

The founding rate is confirmed in writing while a founding slot remains; the standard one-tenant price applies otherwise.

Any case-study permission is optional, requested separately after delivery and has no effect on the founding price or service.

If a separately scoped Standard or Complex full audit is ordered within 60 days, the paid Review fee may be credited against that larger engagement. Portfolios above five tenants are scoped individually. Prices are net; any applicable tax is stated on the written order.

Evidence intake

The evidence boundary is agreed before processing

Work starts only after the complete evidence set passes intake and a delivery date is confirmed in writing; unsupported or ambiguous input is re-scoped or declined before processing.

Accepted for review

  • The original EWS usage export for the 90-day reporting window, including its export date.
  • A read-only configuration snapshot containing EwsEnabled and EwsAllowedAppIDs for each tenant in scope.
  • Optional application context and owner labels supplied by the responsible operator.

The operator manually normalizes accepted evidence into the audited input contract. Automatic compatibility with arbitrary CSV exports is not claimed.

The written scope confirms the private transfer route, retention window and deletion record before evidence is accepted.

Limits

What the record cannot establish

  • It cannot find dependencies absent from the supplied observation and inventory.
  • It is not a live authorization test or proof that an application is safe to remove.
  • It does not certify migration readiness or promise uninterrupted service.
  • It is independent work and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
